Alastor Israel Mablin is the eldest child and only son of an old Cornish Pureblood family. Alastor's great ambition is to join the Aurors once he leaves school--an ambition that is only one of the many points of contention between Alastor and his father, Reverend Aristotle Mablin. There is also the fact that Alastor has quite definitely come to the conclusion that he's gay. He's courting Dylan Mulciber, but it isn't always easy.
Alastor's journals are written in a hand that can only be described as 'chickenscratch' and warded to a ridiculous degree. Although the player posts in English for obvious reasons, the actual entries are in Cornish with English only for words that lack a Cornish equivalent.
